Crater Lake
$45.95I was just at Crater Lake this Summer and the intense blue color is indescribable. It has no inlet or outlet only getting water from rain and snow and losing it through only evaporation.

Sahuaro Cactus
$45.95I lived in Tucson Arizona for many years and these magnificent tree-sized plants add a supernatural quality to the already "other worldly" landscape there. They are especially awesome to see at night when the moon casts shadows of them onto the desert floor.

Red Crab - Hand Painted Art Tile
$45.95This is my Red Crab...There is the famous Dungeness Red Crab of Washington’s Olympic Peninsula and then there is the equally famous Alaskan King Crab which they catch off the Aleutian Islands in Winter. There is also the Atlantic Red Crab from the coast of Maine down to the Gulf of Mexico. And finally there is the Pacific Red Crab which lives alongside the other red and Rock crabs on the Pacific Coast.

Frogs - Hand Painted Art Tile
$45.95When I was traveling in Costa Rica I actually got to see some of these endangered frogs and I just loved their built-in tropical color schemes. They are wet little animals who live in the Rain Forest so I drew them dancing in the rain!

Maple Leaf - Hand Painted Art Tile
$45.95I think that leaves are intricately beautiful with all their delicate webbing and lovely colors. We have a small Maple Tree in front of our shop and I looked at it closely and saw the bean-like seed pods hanging from it which I had really never noticed before. After many color schemes I was able to portray the multi layers of colors that exist simultaneously on one leaf when it begins to “turn” multi-color in the Fall. The Japanese characters on the tile say “Japanese Maple” as these trees are very much revered in Japan.

Panda Bears - Hand Painted Art Tile
$45.95There is nothing more lovable looking than the Giant Panda Bears. They live in very remote mountainous regions of Western China up in the Himalayas and very little is known about them. These plumpish, clumsy bears live almost entirely off of bamboo. They are an Endangered Species and there are only about 2500 of them left. In fact they are the representatives of all Endangered Species and are the symbol for the World Wildlife Fund.
