Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of purchase.  In many cases your order will arrive via USPS Priority Mail.  It may also arrive via UPS or another freight carrier as specified in your order details.

Privacy & Security

Privacy is important to us.  Your contact information is never shared outside of our store, and your payment information is handled by an encrypted payment processor.  This is Authorize.net if you paid using your card directly on our site.  And PayPal or Google Checkout if you used those services to submit your payment.

Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted with prior contact.  If you need to return your order, please contact us to discuss the details, and we will accept your return as long as the arrangements are made within one week of the time you receive the order.
