This is called "Huva" or The Snow Kachina. It is a Hopi Indian spirit being whose mask mimics the Winter snow clouds .There are hundreds of Kachinas associated with the Hopi culture. All my Kachina tiles I have put a special informative labels on the back which names the Kachina and its attributes.
